Truffle Hunting & 3-Michelin-Star Cooking Live from Italy

Virtually embark on a traditional, authentic truffle hunt and then experience a truffle-focused cooking class from the 3-Michelin-Star kitchen of Piazza Duomo in Alba, Italy, with renowned chef Enrico Crippa. Truffle hunting is an art that has been passed down through generations of truffle hunters—and each has their own secret territory and method of tracking and unearthing the elusive white truffles in the region. In this experience, join tenured hunter, Ezio Costa, and his dog, Dora, as they roam the woods for the “diamond of the kitchen.” Following the hunt, head to the world-famous kitchen at Piazza Duomo Alba for a cooking class with chef Enrico Crippa.
